The most common error is that your BankID has expired, or that something is wrong with the security app.
The first step is to troubleshoot your BankID to see if it's working properly.
- Go to https://test.bankid.com and choose either Mobile BankID or BankID and follow the instructions. The guide will let you know how to fix the problems it detects. If your BankID has expired you need to issue a new one with your bank.
- Try again on in a different browser or on a different device.
