All handled cases that you have access to on your account, are stored in the Case Archive. You find it by simply going to Cases in the green bar on the top of the page.
Search the list
What you can search for
- Name of the case
- Name of the document attached to a case
- Following information of the party: name, email, personal security number, phone number and company name.
Filter and sort the list
Click the grey link More options to reveal the Sort-function as well as period fields.
Now you can sort by Name of the case (A-Z or Z-A) or by Created date (Newest first or Oldest first).
You can filter the list by case status
|Status||Cases that are...|
|Draft||Created but not yet sent|
|Sent||Sent but not yetsigned|
|Signed||Signed by all parties|
|Expired||Expired because the deadline for signature has passed|
|Rejected||Rejected by a party that chose not to sign|
