You can customize two of the e-mail messages that can be sent to parties: The invite to sign e-mail, and the message that all parties have signed.
Choose "Customize message" under the e-mail that you want to customize.
When managing the document in Cases, go to Settings>Notifications, and choose which notification you wish to change. Customize message to change the text.
You can use placeholders to include information that is specific to the case.
[party_name] = The name of the receiving party
[agent_name] = Name of the Agent sending (Setting made in Agents’ profile)
[agent_email] = Email of the Agent sending (Setting made in Agents’ profile)
[agent_phone] = The phone number (Setting made in Agents’ profile)
[account_name] = Name of your Assently account
[case_name] = The name you assigned to the case
Links can be written in plain text and will become clickable in most email clients.
[agent_name] at [account_name] has sent a document to you for signing.
[agent_name], tel. [agent_phone]

- If you've built an integration and want full control over the appearance, you can always send them yourself outside of Assently. You can access the signing link for each party in the property PartyUrl in the CaseModel of the case.
