By activating "Manager approval required" in the settings of a template, you can ensure that all cases that are created from that template are approved by a manager, before they are sent for signature.
The approval in itself is not a signature, and this workflow and approval will not be visible anywhere on the signed document.
Who has the authority to approve?
By default, agents who are assigned as Administrator and Manager are able to approve all cases awaiting approval. You can also modify other roles to have this right, or create new roles.
Who will be notified about cases that are awaiting approval?
You configure one or several email addresses that should be notified, in the settings of the template, see below.
