Have you sent out a case but where the recipient says it has not received an email?
Then it may be because:
- The email address is misspelled Double check the exact spelling, recall the case, change the email address and send it again for signing.
- The email has ended up in the recipient's spam Ask the recipient to double-check that the e-mail has not ended up in the spam.
- The e-mail may be stuck in the e-mail server's filter Ask the recipient to contact their IT support to see if they can find the email.
